I’m a designer and creative strategist who grew into my craft through real work experience, school, and a genuine passion for storytelling. My journey started in high school when I joined marketing and business programs like CTE and DECA. That’s where I first learned how branding, visuals, and strategy come together to move people. After earning my Marketing degree from Macomb, I transferred to the Savannah College of Art and Design to expand my skills and explore design on a deeper level. SCAD pushed me to create with intention and taught me how to think like both an artist and a strategist.

Along the way I worked jobs that built my character and sharpened my work ethic. From customer service to sales to managing fast-paced restaurant environments, I learned how to communicate, solve problems, adapt quickly, and understand what different audiences respond to. Those roles helped me read people, manage pressure, and keep a strong sense of professionalism. Outside of work I poured myself into freelance creative direction where I shaped brand identities, developed visual concepts, and used social media tools to elevate clients across different industries.

Now I’m building a career that blends everything I’ve learned. I want to create brands that feel bold, meaningful, and culturally aware. I want to design campaigns that actually connect with people and stick with them. My dream is to continue growing my skills at SCAD, graduate with a strong portfolio, land a creative role in branding or advertising, and eventually build a studio that centers Black girls and tells stories that matter. Every project I take on brings me closer to that future and I’m excited for the work I’m stepping into.
